Privacy policy
This site and the Luvpink app are for booking one salon chair. We are not a bank and we do not process card payments in the app.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies (typically 2–8 messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply.
SMS. Clients opt in on the public form at https://www.nailsbyluvpink.com/sms-signup.html by entering a mobile number and checking a box that is not pre-selected, or by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to +1 (775) 993-9933 (including after a STOP). We then send booking texts (holds, reminders, waitlist offers, and replies) from Nails by Luvpink via Twilio. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help (hello@nailsbyluvpink.com or 775-993-9933). Consent to SMS is not required to book; we can email instead.
What we keep. Name, email, phone, service notes, appointment times, and chat with the studio. Login is stored with our auth provider (Supabase). Emails may be sent with Resend. Texts are sent via Twilio.
Photos. By default we may photograph your set for the studio wall, this site, and Instagram. Uncheck the photo boxes in your account or on intake to opt out.
What we do not take. We never see your bank login or passwords. We do not store card numbers. If a card is used for a product, Stripe or Square handles that card in their own app.
Products. If you buy something from the shelf, we keep the name, email, and phone you gave, what you bought, the amount, and how you paid (cash, Zelle, Stripe, or Square). A receipt is emailed once, only after the studio marks the order paid, and only if you left an email.
Who sees it. The artist and anyone she lists as staff. Hosting and database vendors only store data to run booking. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Delete your account. Sign in, open the You tab, then tap Delete my account, or email hello@nailsbyluvpink.com.
